Terms of service

These terms govern your use of kingpong.club. By subscribing you agree to them.

Last updated 29 Oct 2026

1. Who we are

The service is operated by SZHKP2026 Consulting Kft., registered at 8192 Hajmáskér, Külterület hrsz 40/23., Hungary, company number 19-09-525950, VAT number 33130408-2-19. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the service is

KingPong publishes table tennis tips and match forecasts. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept wagers, we do not hold funds on your behalf and we take no part in any bet you choose to place. Every decision to bet, and every consequence of it, is yours.

Selections are published shortly before the relevant event, typically between one and twenty minutes. Prices move. The odds we publish are those available at the time of publication, and they may no longer be available when you read the message.

3. No guarantee of results

Nothing on this site is a promise, prediction or guarantee of profit. Past performance shown on the results page describes what happened, not what will happen. Betting involves the risk of losing money and most people who bet lose money over time. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose.

We publish our record in full, including losing periods. We do not remove settled selections, and any correction to a settled result is kept on record with both the old and the new value.

4. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to receive this kind of information where you live. Betting law differs by country and it is your responsibility to know the rules that apply to you. We may end access if we believe this clause is being breached.

The service is for private individuals, for their own use. We do not sell to companies or other organisations, and the invoice is made out to the person who buys.

5. Your access

  • There is no account. Access belongs to the email address you subscribe with, is for one person, and is not transferable.
  • The selections are delivered in a private Telegram channel. Your invite link is personal and single use: keep it to yourself. If you lose it, a new one can be requested and confirmed from that email address, which removes whoever used the old one.
  • Redistributing our selections, in any form, to anyone who has not paid for them ends your access without a refund.
  • You are responsible for keeping your email address and your link private.

6. How you subscribe

You choose a weekly or a thirty day subscription on the subscribe page, give the email address the access will belong to and the name and address for the invoice, and tick the confirmations, including the one that says how the subscription renews. You then enter your card on the payment page of Stripe. Until the card is accepted you can correct anything you typed, or simply leave: nothing has been agreed and nothing is owed.

The contract between you and us is made the moment the card is accepted, and access starts at once. We then email you the link to the channel and a way to cancel; every charge brings a receipt, and the first paid one carries a copy of these terms as they stood when you subscribed.

The contract is in English. We do not file a signed document. We keep the record of your subscription, including which version of these terms you accepted, and you can ask us for it at any time.

7. Free trial, renewal and payment

  • The free trial gives three days in the channel for an email address, with no card and no payment. It does not renew and does not turn into a subscription: when the three days end, access ends, and we tell you how to subscribe. If you still have paid days when you start it, the free days follow them.
  • The trial is one per person, for new subscribers and for those who joined before 20 October 2026. We refuse or end a trial taken with an email address or a Telegram account that has had access or a trial before, or started repeatedly from the same connection, and a subscriber whose subscription is running has no trial.
  • The weekly and thirty day subscriptions are charged when you subscribe. A subscription then renews at the end of every period (seven or thirty days, as you chose) and the card is charged the price for the next period, until you cancel. Each charge brings a receipt and an invoice. For the thirty day plan we also remind you a few days before each renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time, with the link in any receipt or from the cancel page, in one step and without giving a reason. Cancelling stops every further charge. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and are then removed from the channel.
  • If a charge fails, we tell you by email and access is paused until it goes through. If it never does, the subscription ends.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, which also keeps the card on file for the subscription. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in euro and include VAT where VAT applies. A price change applies only to periods starting after we have told you of it by email, in time for you to cancel first.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you subscribe to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason.

Access starts as soon as you subscribe, because you ask for that when you subscribe. Free trial days are never charged. If you withdraw after a paid period has begun, you pay for the paid days already used, in proportion to that period, and we refund the rest. A day that has started counts as used.

To withdraw, write to [email protected] from the address you subscribed with, before the 14 days are over. Any clear statement is enough. You may use this one:

I withdraw from my contract for KingPong access. Order reference: (from your receipt). Subscribed on: (date). Name: (your name).

We confirm by email, end the subscription and your access, and refund what is due to the card you paid with, no later than 14 days after your message reaches us. An invoice correcting the original follows. Cancelling, as in section 7, is a separate thing: it stops future charges without a refund for the period you are in.

Separately from this right, we refund in full when the failure is ours. The refund policy says when.

9. Availability

We aim to publish selections on most days, in four windows. A window with nothing worth backing passes without a selection: we would rather publish nothing than publish filler. We do not guarantee any minimum number of selections in any period, and we do not extend access because a particular period was quiet.

The site, the Telegram channel and the payment provider are technical systems and they can fail. We are not liable for selections you did not receive because of an outage on our side, on Telegram, or on your device.

10. If something is wrong

If the service is not what these terms describe, tell us at [email protected]. We will put it right, or refund you, as the law requires. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

We answer every complaint in writing within 30 days.

If we cannot settle a complaint between us, a consumer can take it, free of charge, to a conciliation body. In Hungary you may go to the body for the place where you live. The one for our registered seat is the Fejér Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, 8000 Székesfehérvár, Hosszúsétatér 4-6., [email protected], bekeltetesfejer.hu. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, the European Consumer Centre in your country can point you to the right body.

You can also turn to the consumer protection authority, which in Hungary is the government office of your county.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end the access of anyone who redistributes our selections, abuses other users or staff, attempts to bypass payment, or breaches these terms. In serious cases we do so without a refund, and the subscription ends with no further charge. You can stop at any time by cancelling, as section 7 describes.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for betting losses, for lost profits or for indirect losses of any kind. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. A material change is announced by email at least 14 days before it applies. For a running subscription it applies from the first renewal after that, so you can cancel before then if you do not accept it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own country. We try to resolve complaints directly first, so write to [email protected].
